Sabaidee! Do you remember me? My name is Noi and I represent over 700,000 adolescent girls between 10-19 years in Laos. You met me in 2016, I was 10 It was the year people understood the future will depend on how we invest in young girls. In Laos many of the women and girls are left behind, Noi was created to inspire and showcase the efforts and progress in support of Lao adolescent girls to meet the 2030 agenda.
