Latdavanh is one of the 20 health providers from 4 northern provinces: Oudomxay, Xiengkhuang, Luang Phrabang, and Khammaun, including Vientiane Youth Center have participated in the 3rd Adolescent and Youth-Friendly Services Training of Trainers (AYFS TOT), organized by UNFPA on National Adolescent and Youth-Friendly Health Services (NAYFHS) guidelines.
