UNFPA, United Nations Population Fund, an international development agency, invites qualified organisations to submit proposals for the design and operationalisation of “Girls clubs” in Lao PDR under the youth component of the 6th Country Programme. The purpose of the Invitation for Proposals is to identify eligible non-governmental organisations for partnership with UNFPA Lao PDR to support achievement of results outlined in the background document attached above.
Organisations that wish to participate in this Invitation for Proposals are requested to fill the application form also attached above and send their submission clearly marked “Invitation for Proposals” no later than 25 May 2017, at 16:00 hrs, Vientiane time through email: laos.office@unfpa.org or mail at the following address:

Proposals received after the date and time may not be accepted for consideration.
Applications must be submitted in English.
Any requests for additional information must be addressed in writing by one week before deadline for submissions (19 May 2017) at latest to Ms. Ulrika Ulrika Rehnstrom, Deputy Representative, e-mail: rehnstrom@unfpa.org.
UNFPA will post responses to queries or clarification requests by any NGO/NPA applicants who submitted, on UNFPA Country Office website before the deadline for submission of applicants.
UNFPA shall notify applying organizations whether it is considered for further action.
